SarcasticPillow 11243 fight reviews Dec 19, 2009 08:07 ET | Johan Franzen spots Barret Jackman in the corner and slams him into the boards from behind. Jackman's head snaps against the glass and he goes to the and lies there injured. Jackman had a concussion from this hit. When play was called down, Matt Walker fought Franzen to avenge Jackman. | Fun 3 |
michiann 3376 fight reviews Apr 24, 2012 02:04 ET | A big hit by Franzen caused Jackman to look like he was injured. I thought it was a big, clean body-check at the end-boards as Jackman received a pass from his teammate... So, excellent physical play by Franzen who shows he can play an all-around game... Although his fighting skills are poor. | Dirty 0 | Fun 2 |
skacore 1009 fight reviews Dec 26, 2007 21:43 ET | Franzen drills Jackman from behind into the boards and Jackman's head rattles off the glass and he is down and out on the ice. This triggered the Walker/Franzen fight while the training staff came on to the ice to assist Jackman who was very woozy. | Fun 4 |

Anthony19 Dec 27, 2007 17:25 ET | The hit and fight was great for me. Beauty hit that gives Jackman a concussion (he is now on the IR). Then a great beating by Walker on Franzen, who I can't stand. | Reply |

SarcasticPillow 11243 fight reviews Dec 19, 2009 08:08 ET | Matt Walker decisive win | Fun 5 |
| Matt Walker approaches Johan Franzen after the referees stop play and they get tangled up. Chris Chelios almost gets in but decides against it and Walker starts wrestling with Franzen. Walker gets his gloves off followed by Franzen doing the same. Walker pushes the helmet off Franzen and lands a short right which gets Franzen bent over and turned around. Walker proceeds to throw seven rights all to the back of the head of the vulnerable Franzen and only one of Walker's punches doesn't connect. Franzen crumples to the ice under Walker and covers up as the officials get in to break up the one-sided fight. All Walker and a good job by him to avenge his fallen teammate, Jackman. |

| Walker just dummied Franzen, who was not interested in fighting and only dropped one glove, for his hit on Jackman. Walker threw about 5-6 rights to the back of Franzen's head as Franzen fell to a knee and the linesmen came in. |

| Huge mismatch as Johan Franzen a guy with one fight which he was TKO'd by Sean O'Donnell in vs Matt Walker who has over thirty fights in a short NHL career and his beaten guys like George Parros, Travis Moen, Jody Shelley and Jeff Cowan. Well basically Franzan throws a hit from behind Walker muggs him Franzan doesn't really know who he's fighting so he drops the gloves and grabs on. Walker get behind Franzan and pummells him to the ice. Decisive as it gets. |

| After the hit, a couple Blues go after Franzen, but Walker gets him. Franzen only has one glove off and Walker gets him bent over and pounds him to the ice with rights. |

skacore 1009 fight reviews Dec 27, 2007 04:18 ET | Brewer goes behind his net to get the puck and Kopecky comes roaring in on the forecheck. Kopecky throws a hard hit on Brewer and gets his elbow into Brewer's head area. Brewer takes the hit then grabs Kopecky and starts throwing gloved punches at him while Kopecky drops to a knee, Brewer clearly wanted to fight or atleast rough it up a bit. Kopecky just ignores Brewer and dangles the puck a bit after the whistle is blown. | Fun 3 |

skacore Dec 27, 2007 04:21 ET | Kopecky 2 for elbowing Brewer 2 for roughing
It's too bad Kopecky wanted nothing to do with Brewer... I think he was just intimidated by Brewer's size and really knew nothing about him being a very seldom fighter, if they decided to go it probably would have been an even fight. | Reply |
