After a faceoff Shane Churla comes together with Todd Ewen and they drop the gloves. They get a hold of one another's jersey in tight and wrestle. Ewen then throws six rights and lands two and Churla misses a right in response. Ewen throws three rights and lands two before putting his head down and missing a right as Churla misses a right. Ewen's helmet comes off as he wrestles Churla into the boards. Churla tries to hold Ewen's head down and throws six rights, landing five. They wrestle off the boards, Ewen lifts his head as they gain separation from one another, and then Churla misses a right after. Ewen misses a right and Churla misses a right in reply. Ewen then misses a right as Churla gets in tight and they resume wrestling. The linesmen move between them and split them apart there. Decent tilt. Draw, Ewen early and Churla late. |

Ewen early with rights, but Churla comes back landing some rights of his own. Looked like a draw to me. |

Shane Churla and Todd Ewen drop the gloves off a faceoff and have a go. Ewen starts it off by tossing a few right hands connecting with a couple of them, Churla responds with a right hand and the fight moves against the boards. Ewen gets in a good shot and Shane responds knocking off Todd's helmet in the process, Ewen is trying to just muscle Churla around and pins him against the boards with Shane getting in 3 or 4 right hands, both guys wrestle again getting in 1 or 2 more shots before the fights is over with. Ewen got the early advantage with the initial flurry of right hands but Churla manages to score in the late stages to earn the draw. |
