Herb Raglan win by TKO Fun
8
Reekie was doing well early on as he landed some shots but then Raglan came back. They both landed some and then wrestled for a bit. They started throwing them again and Raglan landed one right on Reekie's left jaw. That was too much for Reekie to handle and he falls to the ice taking Raglan with him. When Raglan fell on top of him he accidentley pushed Reekie's head into the ice. Reekie's nose broke as a result and he had to be helped to the dressing room as he was feeling woozy.

TKO Reekie went down from that last punch.

Herb Raglan win by KO Fun

This was a tremendous bout with sustained action. Both men connected with several quality punches. Reekie and Raglan pounded away at each other in exciting crowd-pleasing fashion for the duration of the fight.

Joe landed a decent blow and a solid connect. He missed a punch and landed a solid blow. Herb landed a decent shot and a body blow. He landed a solid connect, a decent punch, and two pretty good shots.

Reekie landed a solid blow and missed a punch. He landed a couple of solid shots and a partial connect. Raglan missed a punch and landed a couple of solid connects. After a brief pause, he landed a solid blow and a body shot.

Neither man would back down and they continued to trade power shots. Reekie missed with a left hand. He landed a couple of solid punches and a decent shot. Raglan uncorked a hard right hand that dumped Joe to the ice. The blow had destructive impact and Reekie was badly hurt.

I rate this as a TKO win for Raglan. Joe took a ten count and he needed the assistance of teammates to get off the ice. His face was cut open and he was hospitalized in the aftermath of the destructive knockout punch.

Raglan was a pretty good battler. He was better than average because he packed a good wallop. He had defensive deficiencies and was too easy to hit. He was inconsistent and suffered some occasional lackluster losses to guys like Dirk Graham.

Herbie was capable of giving good fighters all they could handle. He pulled off an upset by scoring an impressive stoppage win over a prime Joey Kocur. That was his most impressive performance.

Herb gave Ken Baumgartner and Dan Kordic tough battles. He scored wins over Grant Jennings and Mike Peluso. Raglan could be a dangerous guy to face if he was able to land power punches. Reekie found out the hard way that Herb packed a big punch for his size.

Reekie was doing well and then was struck by a right hand that took him down... as he was going down his face slammed against the ice.. he had a broken nose. .could have been the punch or when he hit the ice... in the replay it seemed much more likely that it was when he hit the ice...

Excellent fight with both guys slugging it out toe to toe for much of the fight, both land a lot of blows but it's Reekie who has a slight lead until Raglan lands a huge right that turns out the lights and sends Reekie to the ice face first.

Reekie was taken to a hospital for overnight observation. He suffered a laceration over his right eye and a broken nose. Doctors said a possible concussion.Reply

Jan Ludvig and Gino Cavallini bump along the boards. They don't separate and begin to fight. Ludvig quickly pulls in tight with the much larger Cavallini. Ludvig pulls Cavallini's helmet off and then they fall to the ice.

Draw as no punches were thrown in this brief fight.
