Draw Fun
Stewart and Thorburn circle each other with gloves off at center ice. They latch on and Thorburn tosses first, missing an attempt to the body and hitting helmet with a followup right. Stewart tries to free up his right and clips Thorburn's helmet with a punch. Thorburn goes under and over, landing the second punch to the helmet. Stewart connects with a straight right to the face and misses another. Thorburn ducks his head and misses a left. Stewart rips Thorburn's bucket off and lands a short right to the head. An uppercut from Stewart misses and he lands another short right to the head and misses one. Thorburn connects to the body and face with a good combination of rights. He pulls Stewart in tight. Stewart throws two lefts, missing the first and landing to the head with the second. Thorburn comes back with three lefts of his own, missing the first and hitting helmet with the next two. Stewart tries to get some distance to throw, missing over and under before the officials move in.

Draw. The fight was very even. Stewart connected with a nice right to the beak and Thorburn landed a solid overhand right to the face. It was a long fight with the punches thrown and landed very close.

Draw Fun
Chris Stewart and Chris Thorburn meet up and drop the gloves, squaring off at centre ice a couple minutes into this game. Stewart fakes moving in, then they latch onto each other and work in closer. Thorburn misses two rights and then Stewart gets inside to miss a right. Thorburn throws two rights and lands one that knocks Stewart's helmet askew. However Stewart comes back with two rights, connecting with one that gets Thorburn ducking in close. Stewart grabs Thorburn's helmet and gets it off before throwing four rights and landing two. They get separation from each other and Thorburn throws two rights, landing one as Stewart gets in close. While they wrestle both men switch hands. Stewart lands two lefts and they spin around as Thorburn connects with three lefts. They resume wrestling but Stewart gets separation from Thorburn and misses two rights before the linesmen step in and stop the scrap. Decent go from these two in their second battle of the season. Call it a draw with neither man really getting the upper hand at any point in the fight.

Thorburn threw more, but he really went on the defense and I think he was waiting for the refs to come in at the end after Stewart who had more quality punches gained the advantage so I call it a draw.

Some clean punches land with no visors, which makes this above average for the NHL

Pretty decent fight here between these two. Both guys threw and landed their share of punches. Can't see giving either player the edge in this one - solid draw for each.

Decent fight, after a slow start where they both worked to get their grip the fight opens up and both guys start landing blows with both hands back and forth in a fairly entertaining bout, draw.
