88Tie Domi improved upon his solid rookie performance in this, his sophomore year. He still had a hard time dealing with Craig Berube and Dave Brown, but other than those two, Domi did very well against a lot of tough competition. He put himself in the Top 10 for the first time with clear wins over guys like Ken Baumgartner, Gino Odjick, and Gord Donnelly. He showed consistency by beating opponents he would be expected to beat, like Matt Hervey, Alan May, Mike Hartman, and Jim Agnew. And, of course, he had the classic first battle with league champ Bob Probert and actually got the edge over the big man.
