We want our ratings to be reliable. Only those who have enough star points from their fight reviews can vote.
Here are our guidelines for those who rate weight class:
- This feature must not be used for non-fighters or players who fight very rarely.
- Disregard the height. According to our research, height doesn't really matter in hockey fights.
- Adjust your rating for the time period. For example, John Ferguson
(6'0'', 178lb) would be a Middleweight at best today. However, if in his time he was considered a Heavyweight,
he should be rated so here.
- Many people rate weight class on the basis of skills rather than size. We will rate fighting skills separately.
For this reason, it is recommended to rate players here on the basis of their weight only.
- Explain any controversial decisions in the Comments box. Otherwise, leave the box blank.
