Here follows every hockey player in history that has reached at least 2,000 penalty minutes in their careers. And by that I mean penalty minutes from every game they have ever played. Regular season, playoffs and when available to obtain, preseason. And it doesn't matter what league they have played in, any league will do. Like for instance Todd Simpson playing in a Danish league or Alain Cote playing in Japan and Slovenia. Odd, obscure teams like Gordie Dwyer skating for Orebro HC. Junior stats and Memorial Cups is included when found.
The only thing kept out are PIMs from World Cups, World Championships and The Olympics etc, no PIMs count if they came representing a country, just ordinary teams. All this is the same as before, only now it's updated up to and including 06-07. No Roller Hockey stats is included.
If you feel a player is missing from the list, please let me know. I will update everything when the 07-08 season, in all the different leagues, is over. Many active players are very, very close to 2,000.
